February Heating Up

We are seeing quite a few pending listings right now in Teton Valley. There are 39 total properties that are pending. Of these 7 are condos or townhouses, 12 are single family homes, 18 are lots, and 2 are commercial properties.

Sold listings for February so far... (0)

It looks like Spring will bring more activity than we have seen all Winter.

Is Victor Idaho the next best place to live? What would make it so? Is it the outdoor lifestyle? Proximity to world-class skiing? The awesome people?

My wife and I just returned from a trip to Victor. We think it would make a great place to live for all the reasons above and many more.

How did you make the decision to live in Victor? What keeps you there?
